Complaint from Jessica Anderson Baton Rouge, LAover 5 years agoWe brought our 07 Lexus to this place with issues due to driving it in high water. They told us that we needed a new computer so we paid for it. They installed it and called to say it was ready. Got there the next day and the car was not fixed, the parts underneath the hood was not intact, they lost the Lexus screws, the car was filthy and more importantly, the car was worst than before.
